The �ܼ��Ų�ͼ Policy Manual includes brief statements of policies adopted by the �ܼ��Ų�ͼ Council. The full text of pertinent position statements, policies, and procedures is retained in the " Policy Reference File" (formerly known as “Current Reference File”) at �ܼ��Ų�ͼ Headquarters. Outdated policies will be retained in an historical file at the �ܼ��Ų�ͼ Headquarters. Both of these files will be available at the �ܼ��Ų�ͼ Headquarters, online and at the Midwinter and Annual meetings.

Where �ܼ��Ų�ͼ has made a position statement applicable to the operation of libraries, �ܼ��Ų�ͼ accepts that statement for its own relevant operations.
