Organization Registration

  1. April 14: Registration OPENS
  2. Fill out the AnchorLink form titled 鈥淒eclaration of Student Organization Membership for Experience 播播影院 Funds鈥
  3. Use organization name as it appears on AnchorLink
  4. Include all potential member fees in the cost of participation estimate, including, but not limited to:
    1. Travel expenses
    2. Equipment expenses
    3. Registration fees
    4. Membership fees
  5. May 11: Registration CLOSES

 

Student Application

  1. August 18: The first form will open on the first day of the fall semester聽
    1. This registers your interest and eligibility for Experience 播播影院
  2. September 1: The first form will close
  3. September 5: The second form will open
    1. This allows you to select which organization you want your EV funds to go to
